MATERIALS FOR FOUNDRY

We have a dedicated facility for the production of plasters. Specifically, our STC 900 product is a special refractory plaster that offers mechanical resistance and dimensional stability against significant thermal shocks. It is used for making molds and patterns in aluminum intended for the production of shoe soles, jewelry, and mechanical prototypes. Aluminum molds are suitable for molding rubber and plastics such as EVA, PVC, TPU, and TR.

We formulate and manufacture two-component RTV-2 silicone rubbers for condensation polymerization. These rubbers are vulcanizable at room temperature, undergo fast polymerization, and offer excellent reproduction of model details along with easy release from the model.
In the footwear industry, the multi-stage production of aluminum molds for soles involves the use of RTV silicone for reproducing an initial sole model. This allows for the creation of an elastic and flexible matrix, which is then used to produce a refractory plaster mold into which molten aluminum is cast.

We offer a range of liquid or aerosol products tailored for specific applications within the industry. These are used for releasing silicone from the mold, for plaster demolding, particularly in the presence of intricate details or undercuts, and for molding soles in EVA, TPU, PVC and rubber.
